Gameday Enhancements for the 2019 Season at Villanova Stadium

VILLANOVA, Pa.— Fans coming to Villanova Stadium this season will enjoy an enhanced gameday environment both inside and outside the stadium.  Additional venue updates were completed over the summer and will add to the overall fan experience for home games throughout the year, including the installation of new light towers.  The 2019 Villanova Football season is presented by Independence Blue Cross.
 
Season Tickets
Season tickets for 2019 football home games are on sale now.  Once again this season, season ticket holders will have the exclusive opportunity to sit in the middle section near the 50-yard line.  Season ticket packages can be purchased according to the options listed below.  Home games at Villanova Stadium in 2019 include Lehigh (Sept. 7), Maine (Sept. 28), Stony Brook (Oct. 26), Richmond (Nov. 9), Long Island (Nov. 15) and Delaware (Nov. 23).  Season ticket holders will have the option to receive a matching number of tickets for a game of your choice (excluding Maine) and will also receive the season ticket holder gift.  Season ticket holders from 2018 can renew by logging in to your online account manager.

Adult $125.00
Villanova Faculty/Staff $115.00
Youth (12 and under:) $65.00

Single Game Tickets
Single game tickets for all home games with the exception of Family Weekend are $20.00 for adults, $10.00 for children age 12 and under, and $5.00 for groups of 20 or more.  Family Weekend tickets are $25.00 for adults and $10.00 for youths.  Fans can purchase single game tickets online or by calling the Villanova Ticket Office at 610-519-4100. 
 
Season Ticket Holder Parking
Parking passes to the A-2 lot will be offered to current season ticket holders for $250.00 for the season.  Each season ticket account that purchased a pass during the 2018 season will have an option to renew their parking pass this year.  The A-2 lot opens for tailgating four hours prior to kickoff.
 
General Parking
All general parking for football home games will be in the I-1 garage at the normal hourly rate.  The I-1 garage will open three hours prior to kickoff, and no tailgating is permitted in the garage.  Click here for directions to campus and the Villanova Athletics facilities.
 
Tailgating Options
A-2 Parking Lot
For four home football games (10/26, 11/9, 11/15 and 11/23), a limited number of parking spots in the A-2 lot will be sold on a per game basis for $40.00.  This option is available for all home games and can be purchased online while available.  Requests must be made by Monday at Noon the week of the game.  The A-2 lot opens for tailgating four hours prior to kickoff.  Oversized vehicles (RV's, buses, etc.) will be able to park on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.  The cost for oversized vehicles is $100.00 per vehicle.  If there is no availability, oversized vehicles will be able to drop off at the entrance to the parking lot and will be directed to park on west campus.  They will not be able to drive through the lot for drop off purposes.

Tailgate on the Green (Connelly Plaza/Campus Green)
For two home football games (9/28 and 10/26), two additional options will be available:

Community Football Tailgating: Prior to attending the game, all fans are welcome to visit the community tailgate area located in the plaza outside of the Connelly Center. Food trucks, soft drinks, give-aways, games, and music will be available beginning three hours before kick-off. Note: no alcohol will be permitted in the community tailgate area.

Reserve a Private Football Tailgating Site: Fans may reserve a 10'x15' private site at the Campus Green. Up to 20 guests will be permitted at each site. Fans may bring portable propane grills (no charcoal), food, and drinks. Fans 21 and older are permitted to possess and consume a moderate amount of beer and wine within their private site. No hard liquor will be permitted. Each private site will be provided 20 wristbands for guests to wear. All guests within a private tailgating site must have a wristband. The fan who reserves the private tailgating site will be held responsible for ensuring that all guests are following all tailgating rules and guidelines. Requests must be made by Monday at Noon the week of the game. Tailgate on the Green opens three hours prior to kickoff.
 
Wildcat Walk
Arrive early to campus before home football games and don't miss the Wildcat Walk which takes place in the A-2 parking lot two hours prior to kickoff.  The band, cheerleaders, dance team and twirlers will lead the Wildcats through the A-2 parking lot as they make their way to the locker room before the game.  The route of the Wildcat Walk will proceed from the access road in front of the Pavilion through the A-2 lot and into Villanova Stadium.
 
Food Concessions and Alcohol Sales at Villanova Stadium
There will be two points of sale for alcohol in Villanova Stadium, including one in the west end zone and one in the east end zone scoreboard turf area.  New this season, purchased alcohol may be brought into the stadium seating areas and are no longer confined to a restricted area.  Back for its second season is a full menu of fresh food options prepared on site by Spectra.  A variety of food options will be available for sale throughout the stadium, including in the areas where alcohol is sold. 
 
Alcohol selections in the stadium will include Miller Lite, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Philly Yards and Grapefruit Spritzer.  Mixed drinks will include Captain and Coke and Margaritas.  Cash and debit/credit cards will be accepted for alcohol sales.
 
Food options at the various concessions locations will include cheeseburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, veggie burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork barbecue sandwiches and a garden salad.  Side items are also available and include fries, popcorn, chips, candy, cookies and pretzels.  All forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards and Nova Bucks will be accepted for payment.  Villanova students can take advantage of the $5.00 promotion which will run through the end of the first quarter.  
 
Villanova Football Club Tailgate
The Villanova Football Club will be hosting a pregame tailgate in the A-2 parking lot before every home game.  The tailgate is open to all Football Club members and will begin three hours prior to kickoff and last until the start of the game.  The Villanova Football Club helps to ensure the ongoing success of the Villanova football program by providing important financial support for key initiatives and enrichment opportunities for Wildcats student-athletes.  Click here for more information on joining the Villanova Football Club and learn about the Villanova Football Ferrante 500 initiative.

Villanova Football Gameday Donor Receptions
Champions Club level donors to Villanova Athletics are invited to Villanova Football Gameday Receptions for the home games listed below.  These receptions are hosted by the Villanova Athletic Fund and will be held in the O'Dea Terrace Lounge at the Andrew J. Talley Athletic Center overlooking Villanova Stadium.  Doors open one hour prior to kickoff.  The gameday receptions are a donor benefit in appreciation of support for Villanova Athletics.  There is no cost to attend but registration is required.  Click here to contact a member of the Villanova Athletic Fund staff and learn more about how you can support Villanova Athletics.

Ridesharing Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location
The roundabout near Galberry Hall on the east side of Villanova Stadium will be used as a dedicated drop-off and pick-up location.  Fans coming to the game via a ridesharing service or who are being dropped off and picked up will have their rides directed to this location.
 
Kids Zone
A popular attraction at Villanova Stadium is the kids zone, which is open prior to kickoff and until halftime of the game.  The kids zone is now located in the east end zone near the scoreboard.
 
Digital Gameday Program
Once again this season, the Villanova Football game day program has gone digital!  The program will be available for free download each week on the day of the game at Villanova.com and the Villanova Athletics mobile app.
