We’re Building Something New. Join Us

Vermont State University brings together the programs and campus resources of Castleton University, Northern Vermont University, and Vermont Technical College to create a dynamic institution serving the varied educational needs of communities across the state.

We’re not a typical university. We place the needs of our students at the center of all we do and pioneer ways to make college education more accessible, more affordable, and more closely aligned with the demands of the real world after graduation.

Fulfilling this vision takes an incredible team. We’re looking for talented, dedicated individuals who are excited about helping learners from all over Vermont and beyond discover their potential and grow into careful thinkers and the creative leaders of tomorrow.

We have remote, hybrid, and on-site opportunities on our five campuses.

As a large and complex university, we’ve got a lot of roles on our team. From teaching to helping students navigate the complexities of financial aid, it takes a variety of talents working together to make the institution thrive.

Whatever position you fill here, you can expect to find an environment shaped by our core values, including respect, integrity, collaboration, and the embrace of our differences as a key source of our strength.
