About

In 2028, Los Angeles will host the Summer Olympic & Paralympic Games for the third time in world history - 1932, 1984 and 2028! This will be the first time in a generation that the games will take place in our City of Angels. As the 2028 Games inspires fans across the world, it will touch young Angelenos starting today.

Through the PlayLA program, youth of all abilities will have the opportunity to access quality sports available from their local neighborhood recreation center and join the olympic movement. Youth sports clinics range from Swimming to Baseball to Football, and adaptive youth sports clinics will include swimming, skateboarding, and more! PlayLA welcomes all youth ages 5-17 for only $10 per registration to eliminate economic barriers and promote recreation that is inclusive of all communities in Los Angeles.

Made possible by an investment from the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee and the International Olympic Committee (IOC), PlayLA is the single largest commitment to youth sports development in California and serves as a legacy before, during and after the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
