Doing well! - Few Things to Consider

The transition to Bally has gone well all things considered. From a developer standpoint there are a few issues with the app that should be patched - 1. The in screen mini picture functionality has disappeared - this is a highly useful feature that allows watchers and listeners to keep the game on while texting, looking at other apps, while driving to check directions, etc. 2. The TV service provider covers up more than it should in the upper right hand of the screen (This may only be for certain providers, I’ve only seen my own) 3. Rewind and pause ability is a key feature that many users like to utilize when they missed certain parts of a game. This has also happened when Bally flashed an interesting factoid at the bottom - wanted to rewind but it was lost in the sauce 4. Car functionality does not sync well and tends to lose connection with certain operating systems. 5. Just an opinion ~ The red is a little obnoxious. Great work. I’m sure most of these the team of developers are aware of.

Great app high quality

I love this app to death! I’m a huge Timberwolves fan. Well, at one point in time that wasn’t the case. I would follow the Timberwolves, you know, check the box scores and ask real fans how they would do on any given night. I was that “fan”... until this app came stumbling into my life. Now I can watch and do watch them on a very regular basis due to the notifications and the overall ease of use of this app. Now, I’m not sure how you feel about Fox as a whole, but they do sports and they do it well. Especially, in the new era. Where other companies, not to name any names *coughs NBC* have struggled in this area Fox has embraced it and did the ground work necessary to make it work. A lesson to every one out there nothing good comes without hard work. Another side note I love the World Cup and this app kept me so stupidly connected to the World Cup that all my soccer fan friends couldn’t believe the amount of ridiculous info I would spit at them. In an age where you can feel so easily left out because you didn’t catch this or didn’t catch that. This app eases the FOMO that we all hatefully and in my opinion unnecessarily experience on a daily basis. Thank you Fox or what ever third party you hired. Keep up the good work, who knows maybe I’ll give Fox News a chance. Hmm... Maybe I’ll just stick to sports for now!

Can’t even tell what type of sport you’re watching

By far the worst of the sports viewing apps. It’s great if it is working, but that is usually around only 25% of the time. The other 75% is a mixture of black screens, frozen screens, and video quality that is so pixilated you can’t even tell what type of sport you’re even watching, let alone what is happening. The app will seemingly randomly drop resolution from normal to unwatchable when there is absolutely no change in connectivity and even regularly when your connection increases (i.e. from 3 bars to 5). It’s almost as if they put in the rewind function because they know that you’ll never be watching a game live if you actually want to see it. Don’t be fooled by the relatively high rating (3.1 stars as of this writing) the only positive reviews are about the quality of the content of the app (the amount of games and sports available to watch on FS go) and not the quality of the app itself, which is horrendous. Maybe they just don’t care because they know they have exclusive TV rights to most of their content so you physically can’t go elsewhere to watch games, because this app is atrocious. Sometimes my iPhone will even lock in the app as it freezes for so long and doesn’t make any attempt to unfreeze itself lest you exit out and start the video again. Please make changes soon as I pay for the ability to watch the World Cup but can usually only get about 20-30 minutes of a 90+ minute match.
