— Cancelation, Modification and Reschedule Policy —

Appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment.

If you wish to cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment, please call 614-826-2154 at your earliest convenience, or self-cancel your appointment online. A voicemail must be left if calling to cancel, modify or reschedule and online self-cancel options are only available outside the 24 hour window.

Ebb & Float does not accept appointment communications via email or by social media messages.

All late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment time) and missed appointments will be charged the full price of the booked service. If the service was pre-paid the service credit(s) will be removed from your account as payment. If the service is not pre-paid you will be charged for the full price of the service(s).

Members with unlimited memberships will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of $10 for cold plunge appointments, $15 for sauna appointments, and $20 for fire and ice sessions.

Membership cancellations must be sent to info@ebbfloat.com and received 30 days prior to the membership renewal date. Membership cancellation requests received after this timeline will not be refunded.

— INCLEMENT WEATHER —

If you are concerned about upcoming weather, please call to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance.

In the event of inclement weather, Ebb & Float will close if our area is declared a Level 3 emergency. We will monitor weather conditions during a Level 2 emergency or lower to determine closure or adjust operating hours. We will notify all booked appointments if we close or adjust our operating hours.

If our store remains open, our 24-hour cancelation, modification and reschedule policy remains in effect.
