My Students

I teach math to 75 wonderful fifth-grade students from diverse socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. Additionally, our classroom has a wide range of ability levels; including both special needs and gifted students.

My students love to learn, and I love being able to bring the excitement and joy of learning to them!

Despite their various backgrounds, my students are inquisitive thinkers and eager to learn! They love coming to school and look forward to learning new skills and concepts!

My Project

As teachers, we are always looking for different ways to teach and provide for our students. My students enjoy math games to make learning fun!

These materials will be used for stations in the classroom and small group instruction, as well as indoor recess time and Flex days.

I am requesting various games that can be adapted to learning games to ensure that our class time is packed with lots of opportunities for creativity and learning. With these games, we will be able to practice math concepts and skills to prepare for 6th grade while making learning fun!
