Don't forget that the conference will take place at two different venues, located within walking distance from each other. The schedule has, however, been designed to reduce moving from one place to the other.

starting on Sunday at 14:00.

Welcome Reception

Don't miss our welcome reception on Sunday at 17:00 at the Centro de Extensión (CE). We will have food and drinks and you will have the opportunity to greet all your colleagues.

Coffee and lunch

At lunchtime on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, we will provide a complimentary box lunch, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat elsewhere. There will also be complimentary coffee breaks during each day of the conference.

Important activities

• Conference check-in will begin on Sunday at 14:00, and will open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
• A complimentary welcome event will take place on Sunday evening at 17:00, at the aforementioned Centro de Extensión venue.
• The main conference banquet will take place at 19:30 on Thursday evening at the San Carlos de Apoquindo event center, located here: https://goo.gl/maps/Tj4YRirLHQjcD15e6. Transportation will be provided from the nearest subway (Metro) station. We will provide additional further instructions soon. This event is included in the regular registration.
• A complimentary closing reception will take place on Friday at the Centro de Extension, following the closing ceremony.
• The official IFORS 2023 tours will run on Wednesday 12, visiting exceptional places outside the capital. These tours are included in the regular registration, and you should have already received information about them.

Current forecast for the week of July 10th is with low temperatures around 0-4 centigrades and highs around 12-15 centigrades, with chances of rain on Monday and Tuesday.
