Conflict resolution has intrigued Pat Westerkamp ever since the First Grade when he broke-up a fight between two Third Graders.

After college, Pat joined the American Arbitration Association eventually becoming its NJ State Director. He next practiced labor/employment law developing a professional knowledge of anti-discrimination law; ADA & FMLA compliance; whistleblower issues; wage & hour; wrongful discharge; labor law; and employment torts. Since 2007, Pat has exclusively mediated and arbitrated workplace disputes. He serves on the rosters of the NJSBM, PERC, FMCS, AAA, and the EEOC. Pat is also the NJ Member of the Port Authority Employment Relations Panel.
