Plate Pass is a membership subscription available exclusively at Urban Plates. All Plate Pass members receive a 20% discount on all main menu food and beverage non-delivery purchases made at the restaurant (cashier), on the Urban Plates website (the “Website”), or the Urban Plates app (the “App”) for the duration of the Plate Pass Period (as defined below), subject to the limitations set forth herein. In addition, Gold and Platinum Plate Pass members receive a 20% discount on all main menu food and beverage delivery purchases made from the delivery menu on the Urban Plates website (the “Website”) or the Urban Plates app (the “App”) (but not through 3rd party delivery providers such as DoorDash or GrubHub) and other benefits for the duration of the Plate Pass Period. Plate Pass memberships are valid from the date of the purchase of the membership and automatically renew after the expiration of the initial Plate Pass Period for a period equal to the original Plate Pass Period unless canceled. Plate Pass is not available for gift card purchases, 3rd party delivery, delivery for “Regular” members, catering, and limited-time holiday meals (e.g., Thanksgiving turkey & Easter ham).

The 20% savings applies to all main menu food and beverage items including food items, beverages, desserts, and add-ons (e.g., extra protein, extra sides, add-on avocado). Discounts for beverages may be greater for “Gold” and “Platinum” members. 3rd party Delivery, Delivery (for “Regular” members), catering, and gift card orders are not part of the Plate Pass program. Plate Pass is not available with any other bundles, discounts or other offers. Thanksgiving turkey items and Easter ham are excluded from Plate Pass. The 20% savings is subject to all applicable sales taxes and the 3% surcharge that is added to all Urban Plates dine-in and takeout orders.

Plate Pass can be used for orders placed at the restaurant (cashier), on the Website, or with the App.

The Plate Pass price for all eligible food and beverage items will be applied to the member’s order when the member orders at the register, online, or with the App. The prices you see while you shop will be the regular menu price but will be adjusted to the 20% savings during your checkout. For example, if you were to buy an entree that normally costs $19, it will appear as $19 and then a $3.80 discount (20% of $19) will be applied below the “subtotal” on your receipt. If you were to buy two $19 items, the discount total would be $7.60.

Plate Pass offers three different membership options:

• Monthly “Regular” Membership: This membership is $5 per month, is billed monthly and provides a 20% discount for dine-in and takeout purchases (including alcohol) made in-restaurant, on the Website or the App. This discount EXCLUDES delivery purchases.
• 6-Month “Gold” Membership: his membership is $30 for six months, is billed every six months and provides a 20% discount for dine-in and takeout purchases made in-restaurant, on the Website or the App. This discount INCLUDES 20% off delivery prices on the delivery menu on the Urban Plate’s Website or App. This discount does NOT INCLUDE delivery purchases made from 3rd party delivery companies such as DoorDash or UberEats. Additionally, this membership provides the subscriber with 25% savings on beverage purchases (including alcohol).
• 12-Month “Platinum” Membership: This membership is $60.00 for twelve months, is billed every twelve months and provides a 20% discount for dine-in and takeout purchases made in-restaurant, on the Website or the App. This discount INCLUDES 20% off delivery menu prices on the delivery menu on the Urban Plate’s Website or App. This discount does NOT INCLUDE delivery purchases made from 3rd party delivery companies such as DoorDash or UberEats. Additionally, this membership provides the subscriber with 35% savings on beverage purchases (including alcohol). Additionally, a $15 online dining credit is provided to the member at the beginning of the membership. The $15 dining credit is deposited into their membership account upon joining or renewing and will apply a $15 credit to a future online order made via the Urban Plate’s website or app of the member’s choice.

The “Gold” and “Platinum” memberships allow members to receive the 20% Plate Pass discount on delivery menu pricing for delivery purchases made from the Urban Plate’s Website and App. The 20% Plate Pass discount applies to the delivery menu and delivery menu pricing for delivery orders. The 20% discount does not apply to orders made through 3rd party delivery providers such as DoorDash and UberEats. The 20% Plate Pass discount is not available to Monthly Plate Pass members.

• Gold Members: Receive 20% off the delivery menu prices and pay a $5 fee per delivery order. The Plate Pass discount does not apply to the $5 delivery fee.
• Platinum Members: Receive 20% off the delivery menu prices and pay a $5 fee per delivery order unless the net order value is above $40. If the net order value is above $40, the $5 delivery fee is waived for “Platinum” members.

A Plate Pass membership is available for purchase through the Urban Plate’s Website and on the App. To use the App, you must first download the App. Once an account is created, the Plate Pass membership can be purchased. All purchases eligible for discounts under a Plate Pass membership must be purchased at the restaurant (cashier), on the Website, or the App. Plate Pass discounts are not available through third-party delivery partners (for example DoorDash or UberEats) or for catering orders.

A Plate Pass membership shall be valid from the date of purchase until the expiration of the time period selected for membership (e.g. monthly, six month or twelve month) (“Plate Pass Period”). The Plate Pass membership will automatically renew for additional periods of the same length as the initial Plate Pass Period at the end of each billing cycle on the same day of each subsequent cycle until a member cancels their Plate Pass subscription. For example, if a “Regular” membership is purchased on January 12th, the Plate Pass period will end on February 11th and the new Plate Pass period automatically commence on February 12th unless cancelled by the member. The membership fee will be automatically charged at the then applicable rate to the credit card provided by the member until such time as the member cancels their Plate Pass subscription. Plate Pass subscription fees and discounts are subject to change in Urban Plates sole discretion, but Urban Plates will notify the member of any change at least 30 days in advance of any changes.

A member may cancel his or her Plate Pass at any time by managing his or her account on the App, the Website or emailing [email protected]. Cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for a refund and the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the member’s current Plate Pass period, except if Urban Plates changes the amount of the discount or other benefits offered to subscribers, a Plate Pass member may cancel his or her subscription within 30 days after notification of such change and shall be entitled to a refund of a prorated portion of the subscription fee previously paid for the amount of the Plate Pass Period remaining at the time of cancellation.

A Plate Pass membership must be purchased online using the Urban Plates website or the Urban Plates app. Once purchased, the membership CAN be used for purchases in the restaurant (cash register). However, purchasing the membership must be done on the website or app.

Plate Pass members can order up to 15 entrees per order through Plate Pass. Members can place as many orders as they like through Plate Pass during each Plate Pass period, but the maximum number of entrées per order is limited to 15. Plate Pass is not intended for catering and is not valid on catering items.

A Plate Pass member may not share their Plate Pass membership with others. The program is associated with the Plate Pass member’s personal App account and will not work with other accounts.

Plate Pass cannot be gifted. It must be purchased by the specific member whose Urban Plates online account will be active in the program.

Plate Pass is not available for delivery orders placed with 3rd party delivery partners such as DoorDash, Postmates, UberEats, or GrubHub. Plate Pass is not valid for catering orders. Plate Pass is not valid for purchases of gift cards.

By purchasing a Plate Pass subscription, the member is agreeing to allow Urban Plates to charge the recurring Plate Pass fee (monthly, 6 month or 12 month) to the credit card that the member has provided until such time as the member cancels their Plate Pass. The member is further confirming and acknowledging that he or she has read and agreed to these terms and conditions and understands that the Plate Pass will automatically renew unless cancelled and that the terms for cancellation are contained in these terms and conditions.
