Dr. Haley Wehder was a bright, kind, and joyful physician who tragically passed away at age 29 after battling cancer. Throughout her time at UK as an undergraduate student, medical student, and resident physician, she left a lasting impression with her infectious smile and positive attitude and lifted the spirits of her co-workers even in the most stressful of times. UK College of Medicine faculty, students, and family of Dr. Wehder are committed to putting her name on the resident workroom in the new inpatient pediatric and behavioral health unit in her memory.
