U.S. Vice President visits the University

Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris, made an historic campus visit on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Joined by City of Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve and actress Rosario Dawson, the Vice President held a moderated discussion.

Nevada Governor visits the University

Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo visited the University of Nevada, Reno on Feb. 2. During his visit, he met with University President Brian Sandoval, Executive Vice President and Provost Jeff Thompson, University faculty and students, and toured the campus.
