Can the club playboy ever fall in love?

Bold and brash, Eva MacAteer has spent her life working in her blue-collar family’s construction business. In doing so, she’s had to fight for her own place away from her overbearing father, as well as for her own identity as a woman. Struggling between her loyalty to her brothers and her desire to strike out to be her own person, Eva knows one thing for certain: getting involved with a womanizer, no matter how hot he may be, is not the path for her.

Stud is not one to be tied down to any woman. Fiercely loyal to the club and his single ways, the last thing he expects is to become fascinated by the fiery Eva. He sees his own life reflected in hers and is not quite sure how to handle the connection.

Can two mismatched people find enough common ground to overcome their fears and allow love to grow?

It’s entirely possible that I just don’t have the patience to read about manwhores anymore coz this book just pissed me off

The writing was good but I just really hated the ff:
- Stud had sex with multiple ow up until 60% of the book
- Eva saw Stud getting orals from ow several times
- Eva is a virgin
- Eva’s family is just abusive in a low-key way
- Stud and Eva have sex at 90%

3 ⭐⭐⭐ - OK decent reads.
=======================
He has sex with several women and doesn't settle on any because of his past.
Our heroine sees him getting blowjobs from different women on two occasions.
She is virgin! Here you imagine me rolling my eyes. LOL!
Manwhore gets a virgin. Typical.

Firstly, I enjoy this authors writing style and the fact the story grabs me straightaway. I enjoyed the first book Mute but my problem was it was too short and they don't get together until the 70% mark. This book is even shorter and even worse, they don't get together until 90%.

When I say the book grabbed me straightaway, it also left me a bit shocked at the description of Eva..Ginger hair, 5ft 8, with heavy muscular shoulders, thick arms and hard defined thighs! She came across a bit butch for my liking! She works construction with her father and brothers. Her father was born in America to Irish parents but talks with an Irish brogue and uses gaelic sayings. This irritated me somewhat. I was born in England to Irish parents yet never felt the need to talk in an Irish brogue but it seems like Americans love all things Irish so the author must be a fan! However, I prefer to read about nice Irish men yet the fathers character was terrible!

I liked Stud in Mute's book but he is a womaniser. Early in this book Eva sees Stud receiving a blow job and has no problem with it. Later in the book when Stud realises he is attracted to Eva, he has sex with another woman and later still when Eva is attracted to Stud she again witnesses him receiving a blow job from another woman. Towards the end of the story we learn about why Stud ended up in the Dragon Runners but it didn't sit well with me. He hated his father and what he did but yet he became a womaniser himself?!

At times, the author was telling us too much rather than showing us. I did not get a romantic feel to Eva and Stud. He rarely says anything romantic to her and I never noticed him compliment her on her looks (probably because she is constantly described in a butch or amazonian way!), he never told her she was sexy or beautiful! At one point, Eva starts to date Stud's 'brother' Table and she actually had more chemistry with him!

The story is moving along but then it sort of peters out. I wanted more dialogue and I wanted them to get together romantically sooner than they did. I started to feel a bit frustrated that it wasn't reading like a romance and they were more like friends. They even say the L word to one another before they even have sex.

It was still a good read but I hope the author listens to reviewers and changes things up a bit in the next books. I would rather the couples get together a bit sooner. I look forward to reading more books from this author as I do enjoy her writing.

Stud was the second book in the Dragon Runners MC series by ML Nystrom. However, it was my first for the series and the author.

Stud was a patched MC member. He was the numbers guy with a law degree who was estranged from his very affluent family. He was also a total man whore.

Eva grew up with five brothers. She was not only the solo female, but she was the youngest. They all worked in the family construction business; which was how she met Stud, as they were building the new MC bar.

Stud was told primarily with a single POV, Eva’s, but we were graced with Stud’s POV mixed in sporadically as well. Nystrom took us through their initial meeting and friendship. Although they were somewhat attracted to each other, they weren’t necessarily drawn to each other except as curious friends. For that reason, the chemistry never really gelled for me. Additionally, it wasn’t safe for my friends looking for a safe read. There was no direct cheating, but Stud was with multiple women well into the book as they were flirting with the idea of getting together. I liked both characters and I liked them together, but that was a hard pill to swallow.

I liked the premise of the story and it ultimately played out well, but it ended a little too abruptly for my liking. I wanted to see a little more fleshed out. A central part of the storyline was Eva’s family drama, which added intrigue and depth. And really, all of her family were total asses, except for Conner. I would love to see more from him. He deserved his own book - the rest of them, not so much, but I did want to see it played out a little further.

All in all, it was a quick and enjoyable read. Although there were parts I wasn’t thrilled with, there were equal parts that I did enjoy. In the end, it was entertaining and fun and I plan to read more by this author.

I want to start off with saying I was in love with Book #1. Mute & Kat were amazing together. The book was very entertaining and I enjoyed the ride. I came into Book #2 with such high expectations. I was expecting this to be even better than Book #1.
I really really really wanted to love this book... but for me it was a miss.

I am ok with Hero's sleeping around and doing their thing. They are single they can play the field. But there is a point where you bring the Leading Lady with you to an event and you're in another room getting a BJ that doesn't sit well.

Speaking of Leading Ladies... This is the way she was described:
"five-foot-eight inches with heavy, muscular shoulders, thick arms, and hard, defined thighs"
"Damn girl! That's some serious Amazon shit you got going on!"
"'you work out a lot huh?' I assumed he was referring to the size and definition of my arms. "
"You got some serious muscle definition"
"grunting a little as he lifted my weight carefully. I was not a little woman and I knew it was taking him some effort to lift me"
As you can see she was tall and wide thick and covered in muscles... and that isn't how I pictured Stud's Leading Lady. I wanted him with a fierce, mouthy, outgoing tiny little thing.

Leading Lady had more chemistry with another character in the Club then she did with Stud... I thought he was a perfect fit for her. He loved her body... he was a gym rat himself.
Don’t get me started on her family... useless Mother Fers - Conner.

I am of course going to continue with the series. Every series has that one or two books that just aren't your cup of tea. Hopefully for me this is my one and only.

Stud and Eva’s story was good.
Stud was such a gentleman. But he didn’t let anyone get close to him until Eva.
Eva was such a tomboy. She works in her family construction.
Good story. But I wanted to slap Stud a couple of times to get his head out of his @ss.
Can’t wait for more of this series.

Book two in the Dragon Runners, you get to learn all about the playboy Stud. There is so much more to him than what he shows. It just took him finding the one to really be able to open up.
Eva has been around her brothers and dad her whole life, working the family business. She has the attitude and personality that fits so well with Stud.
Will he give up women and settle with one? Read to find out!

Stud is the second book in the MC series, The Dragon Runners. It can be read as a standalone but I would advise to read in order (plus Mute the first book was fabulous!)

Stud is well known in the MC for his prowess with the women in the MC and up to now he has never questioned his ways. However it takes one sassy and headstrong Eva to make him start to change his ways. He is an enigma being the brains of the MC, taking care of the monetary and legal business for the MC.

Eva has never known anything else except life on the road with her father and her brood of brothers. The only girl in a male dominated world she has learnt to be tough and do the work of a man. Her family business is in construction which brings the family to The Dragon Runners to build a new bar for the MC.

The Dragon Runners is an MC with a difference and in this book there is little MC drama, the drama is more to do with Eva’s family and Stud’s family. It was good to get to know Stud’s background and I knew his happy outlook was hiding a past of hurt and anger.

The romance was very slow burn and I liked that Eva and Stud were kind of opposites attract. In some areas Eva was a little too ‘butch’ for my liking but I was so glad she wasn’t an annoying drip like some women are portrayed in MCs. There was a lot of banter and fun as well as some emotional moments. Stud’s family were a shocker and as for Eva’s Da? Don’t get me started!

I did enjoy this book but not as much as I loved Mute. However it was good to catch up with the MC and their interaction (I just wanted more of Mute again!)

Overall a good read and a four stars recommendation and I can’t wait for the next book!

Ok

This was not as good as the first one. It was also not with the $3.99 I paid outside my kindle unlimited. I thought it would be as good as the first. I really didn’t feel the chemistry between Stud and Eva. I also got sick of the reference that she looked like a lesbian because she was strong and well defined.

Not sure I will continue, especially because it has to be great if I am going to pay for it outside my subscription. I know I am cheap...sorry

I enjoyed this book and the authors writing was good but unfortunately, it didn't wow me the way I expected it to.

Stud is part of the Dragon Runners MC club and his name fits his lifestyle. Here is a man who is hurting from a past he can't quite shake off so when Eva MacAteer literally invades his space he is more than a little intrigued by her. He can have any woman he wants falling at his gorgeous feet, and he does - often, but Eva is the lady that is catching his eye, more than he wants to let on.

Eva works for her fathers construction company along with her three brothers, she's used to dealing with men, she is confident, sassy and speaks her mind, which I loved.I didn't quite feel the connection between the two main characters in this book the way I wanted to and that left me slightly disappointed, I felt they could have had so much more. However, I did enjoy the banter between Eva and her family, the constant snipes back and forth made me laugh many a time. Stud was easy to like, he is such a gentleman and it was a pleasure to read about him.

Even though this is about an MC book, the club is very much in the background, this is all about the couple, their feelings and problems. When I read an MC book I like a little action and tension, as well as a lot of trouble that these alpha men usually find themselves in, but I don't get any of that which was a shame.

Overall this is a good story, if slightly on the comfortable side.

Eva MacTeer, the youngest of six and only daughter, works for her father in his family pub and bar construction business. Having grown up surrounded by the males species Eva had to learn very fast how to roll with the punches and literally at times too. She works just as hard as her brothers on every construction site, her father drives them all very hard.

I like the way Eva describes Stud as 'The Viking God'! She sees him for what he really is in real life though, even if there is a small part of her that wishes he wasn't a player. Stud, meanwhile, regards Eva with respect and awe, he is horrified at how she is treated by her family.

The character of Eva is such a refreshing change, not only is she a sassy, strong-willed woman but strong bodied too. Working in a predominantly male field that is very physically challenging means she has a muscular and toned body, she definitely can handle herself.

The mystery that is Stud is solved and your heart does go out to him but also fully applauds the decision he made years ago. His Nanna is a hoot and adds some much-needed light relief in that part of the story. It's an extremely easy story to read and it leaves you wanting to read the next book!

Well let me start by saying I absolutely loved Mute, the first book in this series so I was eagerly waiting for Stud to be released. When I started reading Stud I couldn’t quite connect to the storyline. I really REALLY wanted to love it. It wasn’t until about the 20% mark that things picked up slightly for me. I was waiting for things to happen, anticipating what might be but it all fell short and I felt a little disappointed. I didn’t find Stud as charismatic as I did when he was in Mute. Maybe I could have connected better with him if there was more in Stud’s point of view. It was mainly written in Eva’s POV. I also didn’t feel the love connection between Eva and Stud, I felt their friendship but not their love.

I found most of the banter quite funny through the book, unless it was Eva’s brothers, most of her brothers were nasty to her. I liked Eva’s character. She was funny, likeable , and didn’t hide the truth from anyone. I actually felt a lot more of a connection to Table than I did to Stud. Stud’s family, wow, they are going to shock you that’s for sure!

I love this motorcycle club and I love that the members are finding their happy ever after so I can’t wait until the next instalment comes out! I received an early copy of this book. The comments above are my own.

This is book two in this MC series and again I am torn over this book. The chemistry between the characters and good and there was a lot of powerful emotions in the story. As much as I enjoy bad boys the guys in these books seem to consistently push past what I consider acceptable behavior. I do not want the hero in the book to be basically shoving the other women he's doing in her face; nor do I want her having to see it. Now, this can just be chalked up to personal preference but for me it's a huge turnoff. By my own accord I'm posting a sincere review.

What's it take to bring a playboy down? A really strong woman with a take no prisoners attitude. I loved this book and it was a bit different then the usual MC. The story was more relationship (family and personal) focused with a side of MC and it was perfect.

Stud seemingly had it all. He was rich, educated with a string of willing women at his beck and call. Eva was a woman working in a man's world and often dreamed of a life where she could be her authentic self. When these two collide it wasn't all sparks at first sight. They developed a friendship and got to know and respect each other. I truly loved their love story.

This book was fabulous. I love that Stud wasn’t too proud to change his ways when he got serious. Eva was a character to adore and when she finally saw what her family was doing, she too made changes. These two characters actually grew together and I loved that concept within this storyline. Awesome writing.

It’s a good read

This book for me didn’t have the edge that Mute and Blue did. It was all about relations and finding out where you fit. If it wasn’t about a MC this could have setup anywhere so really this makes it ok for anyone to read. It was written well and that great characters and it was nice seeing the story evolve but I just needed that little bit more.

Stud and Eva’s fun and the character development was brilliant. This was not one of those books you could figure out quickly but has a few twists that made me think, wow did not see that one coming. Over all good solid writing and a good story in the series. Happy reading!

I think that the author is a very talented writer but I really regretted that in Mute’s book he and Kat didn’t get together until the last fourth of the book. I was so happy that they were finally a couple and felt cheated because we don’t really get to see that relationship and experience them as a couple. Same with this book, but to a lesser extent. I’m cool with women being different and not being classically beautiful or super feminine, but admit that I was put off by Eva’s appearance. I could totally get her being toned and strong from the work she did but the way she was described I pictured her looking almost like female body builder. I thought that Stud and Eva had a great friendship but didn’t feel that there was any passion or deep love between them. I adored Kat so much! She was sweet, kind, and gentle. I related to her insecurities and wanting to be invisible at times and the fact that Mute always noticed her and fell in love with her really meant something. I liked that she was described as pretty, not over the top beautiful or sexy, and that Mute was able to see her true inner beauty even with her shyness and dressing to not be noticed. I really felt their love for one another and wanted so badly to get to stay with them and get to see them as a couple. I feel like I was robbed of that and merely got a glimpse into what I’d been waiting and yearning for for nearly the whole book. Stud and Eva spend a lot of time together in this book but again, I didn’t feel deep emotions and a profound love like I did between Mute and Kat. Also, I like a strong female heroine, but I’ve never cared for overly feisty heroines. I get that Eva was raised by and around men, but it was a bit annoying that she interacted with Stud as she did with her brothers (punching him, etc when he mock offended her). I guess she just too physically aggressive, feisty, and unfeminine for my taste. I really didn’t care for the fact that she liked drinking beers with the boys and couldn’t wait to get a motorcycle. This is totally my personal preference but I prefer a more feminine and less aggressive heroine; not one who acts and even dresses like ‘one of the guys’. I’m not saying I want my heroines to wear stilettos and have acrylic nails, not at all! But, like Kat, I like heroines who act more like, well, women. I’m looking forward to the next book and am really hoping that the author gives us more of the characters as a couple and more of an emotionally intense relationship. Also, I have to mention that I am SO over man whores. I liked Stud as a person and appreciated that he was never mean or disrespectful to the women he engaged with sexually, but the constant blow jobs and never ending parade of women in his bed was just very unappealing. I just couldn’t believe that he’d be faithful and permanently happy with Eva. Another thing that bothered me about Stud: he screwed that Bambi girl and then later on talks about how she’s too young for the life of a club bunny and was barely an adult. Uh, but she was old enough for you to screw? Yuck.

The second book of the Dragon Runners MC, and just so you know who everyone is and all that jazz, I would recommend reading Mute. In Mute we met Stud and his manwhorish ways, never just one girl would do. Eva is part of the construction crew that was hired to rebuild the bar. This was her life, with her father and her five brothers, they move from place to place, from job to job. For Eva, she never really had a chance to bond with anyone that wasn't her brothers and she is only really close to just one of them. So the Dragon Runners MC is a new concept to her, how nice and welcoming they are, and how nice it is to have female friends. When she starts to have a friendship with Stud, she quickly realizes that for Stud a friendship is all he is capable of. When another brother shows Eva interest and makes it clear that he is up for having something serious with her, will she give him that opportunity? or will Stud make it clear that he is the one that will be serious about Eva?

So, while this was a really good story, I didn't find it as amazing as I found Mute. A few times Stud really got on my nerves and showed his true self. Finding out his backstory was truly eye opening. I also felt that maybe something more about Eva's family was needed, but who knows maybe they are getting their own books. This had some really good drama, and it did end up being a quick and entertaining read, so I give this 5 stars.

I am so glad this series caught my eye. I enjoyed Mute, with his mysteriousness and the way he and Kat got to their HEA, so I was expecting good things from the next book. Stud let me down a little in Mute's book with the way he acted after the accident, so I was happy to see he was book two in the series and I would get to see if he would redeem himself to me or not. Well he did... for the most part. To find out his back story and to see him paired up with feisty, down to earth, Irish blooded Eva was brilliant. I thought these two together were fab and fun but there were a couple of times I wanted to slap Stud before they became a couple properly. Eva, how she stayed with her family as long as she did I don't know. Well I guess I do because at the end of the day, family is family, but wow she put up with a LOT from them.

A little bit of drama, some sweet and sexy times and Stud was a very enjoyable read. No MC action in this one but it wasn't needed, although it was good to see the guys again. I can't wait for book three and give Stud 4.5 stars.

Something a little different this time around, or at least I am hoping this will work. I am writing a general consensus on what I loved about the series. I'll then add a small snippet for each book, but I am writing this as one review and will paste. I wanted to make sure that author received credit as I thoroughly enjoyed each book. I was afraid that I'd not take the time to write my thoughts if I wrote them individually.

I binge read the first four books of the Dragon Runners series within a matter of a couple days. There are actually five books, but I felt that the fifth one was more of a prequel. I wasn't really interested as it was on a different timeline.

Overall, I liked the mix of characters. Situated in a small town, the MC belongs to a tight knit community. Granted, The Lair (the clubhouse) sits on the outskirts, but the MC takes care of the town, and in exchange, the town is good to them. It just reminded me of the communities where everyone knows everyone else and their business.

Each story has one main couple, but all of the characters float in and out. Each book is interconnected, but I think I enjoyed that even more. It doesn't feel like you've lost a couple, as they still have updates to their story. It's not that much, but you do get to see their progression. The men are protective, and yet, the women can hold their own. It's a cohesive family unit, and that theme is reiterated over and over again. I really think that's what I found the most entertaining. They laugh, they cry, and they fight, but at the end of the day, they're still family. The bonds only get tighter as each story is told.

Stud/Eva - In the beginning, I didn't really care for either of them. Stud was well a prized stud, and I couldn't see him ever changing his womanizing ways. He was just too smooth, a real ladies man. He also makes some questionable decisions that I wanted to smack him for. I thought Eva was completely different than any thing I have read in awhile. I loved her, but I thought that she was able to read Stud a little too well to fall for his tricks. They're both lovable characters, but it's a hard sell to see them in a committed relationship. As I am thinking about this now, it dawned on me on what draws them together. Each one had never experienced unconditional love where someone would have your back. It's a first time occurrence for both of them to have that level of support. This could be the whole reason that the beginning of their relationship is hit or miss. Maybe in the end, they might be perfect for each other after all.

Eva’s family are designers and builders of Irish pubs, they’re building a pub for the Dragon Runners MC after theirs was destroyed. Eva is 24 years old and works alongside her brothers and Father. Eva is a sweet girl and soon makes friends among the members of the club including Stud.

I absolutely loved the first book in this series Mute, and Stud was heavily featured in it so like a lot of other readers I was really keen to read his story, we already know from the previous book that he’s a womaniser/player he’s also described as being devastatingly handsome much like a Viking. So I was a little taken aback at the various descriptions of Eva who’s 5’ 8” with heavy muscular shoulders, thick arms and hard defined thighs she was cut. Stud thinks she looks like an Amazonian, when she meets some of the other members the remarks re her muscles are numerous Table (ridiculous name) thinks she’s a boxer. Stud’s Grandma says she looks like she could bench press a horse or two. So I was a bit put off by this as I’m not keen on heroines in romances being quite so butch, that never works for me. In fact one of the club skanks thinks she bats for the other team, Eva is not put out by that as she’s used to it.

Then there’s Eva’s awful family, who believe including Eva that they’re Irish lol they’ve never set foot in Ireland. Then there’s Stud and Eva’s relationship which was a friends only. They did not get together till around 90% into the story, that’s too long IMO. Even when they did get it on I didn’t feel any connection between them at all there was zero chemistry and no passion. In fact for mostly all of this Stud didn’t seem interested in Eva in that way at all as he’s with other women during the story. That brings me to him being estranged from his family and the reason. I found that odd considering his own behaviour.

All in all this was in no way anywhere near the same standard of the first book, the writing was not as engaging at all, there was loads of telling instead of showing and that made this seem very rushed.

He burst into laughter, head back and mouth open. Mission accomplished. I smiled at him, finally relaxing. He tagged me at the back of my neck, pulled me in and kissed me lightly. "Love you, Cactus." he said, before grabbing the biggest fork and digging up a massive scoop of chicken salad.

Oh my gosh, I wasn't sure I could handle Stud's story. Definitely the definition of "manwhore," Stud was everything a hot MC member is known to be, until ... he isn't. Betsey obviously loves Stud, so that gives him some hope for substance, but it wasn't until I truly got into this story that I realized I think I may love Stud.

There's a lot about Stud that he doesn't share, and much of this is what pushes him to be the way he is-uncommitted. Now, his reasons are justified, but his continued actions are not. In fact, at the beginning I felt like he was using Eva just to have someone to escape to so he didn't have to own up to all the floozies following him around.

Eva is a character I totally looked up to. She worked hard, daily, and was so creative, confident, and talented. I definitely hated how her family treated her, though. She had to hide anything remotely "girly" about herself and they made her feel ashamed if she couldn't do things the same way or held other interested. If those Dragon Runner men didn't get her family, I was about to!

I found this story had a little more of the "it" factor it's predecessor was missing, but there were parts of the story that felt a little unfulfilled to me. Even with that, I definitely enjoyed this story and totally fell for Stud. The next book better be about Blue, though, because that poor guy need a lady to take care of him & his kiddos!

Stud and Eva’s story is one that once you start you can’t put down. Stud lives up to his road name and no one has been able to settle him down yet. Eva is one badass woman with a heart of gold. She is the only girl in her family’s construction business and keeps up to her father and brothers like a champ. The family construction business was hired to work on the club’s new bar and that’s how Stud and Eva meet.

It was great reading about such a strong woman who was finally beginning to see that she needed her own life. Eva had so much to offer. Stud was a man who suffered as a child and as an adult by his screwed up family only to become a good man on his own accord with the help of his MC family.

The Dragon Runners MC is a series that has given me two great books and l look forward for the next book in this series.

Stud is a Motor Club Romance and I am totally in love with this book. This is the second book from the Dragon Runners series. The narration by ML Nystrom is amazing. The story is totally engaging and I couldn't put it away until the last page. Stud is an amazing character and I love him. Eva is one hell of a heroine. She is not a regular helpless girl but a very strong woman who can throw a punch or two when needed. She works on the construction site like a man but also holds a passion for sewing in her heart. I thought it was very very cute. Stud has a bad past and terrible relationship with his family but he finds love and trust at the biker's club. The story says character, trust and honesty among family members are more important than riches and false prestige. I was not that much into motor club stories and biker romances and now my opinion has completely changed.

I want to read more and more books from ML Nystrom. I must say she has a magic in her writing. I can't wait to read her next book. The pace is perfect, situations are very realistic, characters are strong and beautiful and the story is subtle. Stud is a wonderful read.

Eva has grown up in a mans world, with five brothers and a father who only had time for his construction business, it’s not surprising she joined them when she finally became able to swing her own hammer. It hasn’t been easy proving her worth and a place by their side, but her individuality is precious to her and private. She knows what she wants out of life, she’s had to be strong or go under, so when a hot biker who seems to have plenty of women chasing him already, shows interest she’s not going to join his harem.
Stud is not a relationship type of guy, he likes his freedom, has some issues to work out and an “ole lady” is not in the cards for him yet, he’s not ready. Until the fiery redhead catches his eye...she’s on his mind constantly, gets him thinking strange things.

Stud was a fun read. Eva was one strong woman, I don’t have brothers but “damn”.
She was a great character a real heroine and Stud, well we could tell where he got his name from, but he was a great guy, I liked him. Stud is a great book, it was a different story with interesting characters, well told. I highly recommend it!

After meeting Stud in the last book I was really looking forward to his story and seeing who could tame the player to end all players. Something about Stud was just irresistible. He may have more notches in his bedpost than anyone else ever, but his genuinely kind heart always shined through. Eva may not be who I expected for Stud, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t absolutely perfect for him.
Tough, both physically and mentally after spending her life surrounded by men and being treated like one of the guys she fights daily to not only prove her worth but also hide the more feminine side of her. I loved how as she spent more time with not just Stud but also the amazing women of the MC her confidence grew and the sides of herself she kept hidden became something she was proud of.
The romance between Stud and Eva was quite the slow burn. With many blocks in the road they take their time falling, but when they finally do it’s incredibly sweet. I wasn’t a big fan of everything that went on with the back of forth of the slow build between them. At times it even dragged a bit for me, but overall their story left me excited and looking forward to more in the series.
