MOBILITY DEVICE ACCESSIBILITY

Buses are equipped with a lift ramp and each bus has two securement positions for mobility devices. Your mobility device must be properly secured, and the driver will assist with securement.

Animals on the Bus 

Service Animals are permitted on the Beaver Bus in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Emotional Support Animals may be accommodated but must be contained in a crate.

Bicycles on the Bus 

Buses are equipped with easy-to-use racks that hold two bicycles. Use of the rack is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. When unloading your bicycle, exit the bus and tell the driver you want to unload your bicycle. 

Lost and Found

If you lose something while riding on a Beaver Bus, report it as soon as possible. Contact our office during business hours and provide a description of the lost items(s), along with the route number, date and time of loss. Call 541-737-2583.
