TLOS Showcase

The TLOS PDN Computer Showcase will be held December 7, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This event is open to faculty, staff, and graduate students. FY24 Faculty Computer Refresh cohort members are encouraged to attend. Registration is required.

Keynote: Empowering Faculty for the Future of Education

Dr. Taylor will speak on empowering faculty to shape the future of higher education by alignment between innovation and technology and innovation in teaching and the importance of ongoing professional development for faculty.

Taylor is the Executive Vice Provost and the Charles O. Gordon Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech. Taylor’s research focuses on the simulation and optimization of complex systems and the logistics of material flow and freight transportation.
