Registration for Ingredient Box for Culinary Therapy Event at MiraCosta College

All MiraCosta students are welcome to sign up for receive a free ingredient box with everything you need to cook along with Mercedes Tiggs during the February 18th Culinary Therapy event. Fill out this form and submit it by February 3rd to be eligible for the box. If you are on a waitlist, we will notify you.

If you are selected to receive a box, you must pick it up at the Community Learning Center campus at 1831 Mission Drive in Oceanside on Thursday, February 17th (more details will be provided by email).

If you want to cook along but do not need an ingredient box and/or are not a MiraCosta student, you are welcome to do so!

The ingredient list is as follows:
1 3-pound fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
oil for frying
