ED ROBSON ARENA

CC Hockey vs St. Lawrence, Robson Arena, Colorado College
About Ed Robson Arena

Ed Robson Arena, named for Edward J. Robson, a 1954 CC graduate and former member of the hockey team, opened to the public in October of 2021. The arena is a multi-purpose, state-of-the-art, sustainable sporting event venue that benefits both the college and the City of Colorado Springs. It is one of four unique Colorado Springs venues designed to strengthen and diversify the economic impact of Pikes Peak region visitor attractions.

CC Tiger Hockey games are now played on campus for the first time in the history of the program. The arena accommodates seating for approximately 3,400 attendees.  It encompasses competition space, seating, locker and restrooms, concessions, storage, in-house TV production capability, and administrative space.

As part of the City for Champions (C4C) initiative, Ed Robson Arena is one of two new Colorado Springs downtown sports venues in close proximity to the U.S. Olympic Museum — one outdoor and one indoor — intended to attract visitors to Colorado Springs.
