Hammonton Third Thursdays

Hammonton, N.J. – Stockton University at Kramer Hall is set to host a soak-stain workshop during their monthly Third Thursday event on March 16 at 5 p.m.

Attendees will learn and attempt a painting technique created and popularized by Helen Frankenthaler, an American abstract expressionist painter. The technique involves utilizing thinned paint in order to create a watercolor-like consistency. The staff at Kramer Hall will assist attendees with this process.

Seating is limited, so participants interested in celebrating women artists and creating their own works of art should register via Eventbrite. Tickets are free for all.

Located in the historic Downtown Hammonton cultural hub, Stockton University's Kramer Hall provides students the opportunity to advance their careers through various graduate and Continuing Studies offerings.

Also located in Kramer Hall is the Noyes Museum of Art’s current and largest exhibition ever, which focuses on climate change and exclusively features New Jersey artists. The exhibit will be running until June 24, 2023.
