This initiative is designed to help new students make a successful transition to UIC by providing monthly coaching sessions that provide support and guidance as the semester progresses.

Starting at a new university can be overwhelming for students: a new environment, new peers/classmates and lots of deadlines to keep up with!

We help you:

Stay on top of important deadlines (add/drop period/financial aid/scholarship's)
Build academic skills
Set goals for your time at UIC and career goals
Create a professional network on campus
Expanding your knowledge on research and post-bacc opportunities
