The largest collection of Prairie-style homes surrounding a natural setting features architectural treasures designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Burley Griffin, William Drummond, Francis Barry Byrne, and Curtis Besinger. The Prairie School Tour encompasses 14 blocks and Historical Tour is an additional 13 blocks. MacNider Art Museum, The Music Man Square, Mason City Visitor Center, Wright on the Park Gift Shop, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Stockman House.Prairie School Architectural Tours: Docent-led tours, provided by Wright on the Park, are offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9 AM (May 1-September 30). Tours begin at the Wright on the Park Gift Shop located at 17 S. Federal Avenue. The tour is 90 minutes and covers 1.3 miles over uneven terrain. As a health precaution, only a single booking of up to six persons is allowed at this time.
