AWS has remediated the issue with core services used by a number of Ellucian products. Ellucian engineers will continue to monitor, but impacted Ellucian SaaS services are now restored.

Ellucian Experience, Banner SaaS, Data Connect, Data Access, Ellucian Payment Service, IM Needs Analysis (INAS) calculation service, Ellucian Theme Editor, Analytics and Insights are recovering from the AWS service interruption. Ellucian engineers are coordinating with AWS on full remediation of the issue and will provide additional updates as we monitor service health. See https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
