Wrestled at 141 pounds … Named NWCA first-team All-American - OU's 275th all-time All-American ... Finished as runner-up at Big 12 Championship .. Auto-bid to the NCAA Championships and awarded No. 5 national seed ... 25 wins were the most among all Sooners ...Honored with Most Outstanding Wrestler award by OU coaching staff ... 2018-19
Wrestled at 141 pounds … Became OU's 274th All-American and first since Cody Brewer in 2016 … Finished fourth in his first career NCAA appearance, going 5-2 at the tournament … Earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships … Was OU's first Big 12 Champion since 2016 when he pinned Oklahoma State's Kaid Brock in just 54 seconds … Named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Big 12 Championship … Led the team in wins with 32 to become the first OU wrestler to reach 30+ wins in their first season since Kendric Maple in 2009-10 … Recorded a fourth-place finish at the Michigan State Open, his first event as a Sooner … Was the 141 champion at the Journeyman Collegiate Classic and earned the Hammer Award for Most Outstanding Wrestler … Two-time Big 12 Wrestler of the Week ... Ranked in every InterMat release of the season, peaking at No. 7 at 141 (Jan. 7).

Member of 2021 U23 World Team ... 2021 Senior National runner-up at 65 kg ...
