Automated Nutrient Dosing System

In use for AppHarvest container gardens

Mission of the project

A global shortage of arable farming land and drought calls for new agricultural practices. AppHarvest is addressing the lack of farmable land in eastern Kentucky through hydroponics. Hydroponic container gardens at local high schools will support the shortage in agriculture through a training program for students. The gardens require a cost-effective, interactive nutrient dosing system that remotely controls and monitors EC, pH, temperature, light, and humidity.
