Virtual Calming Room

No matter what you are going through, what is happening in the world, or what life is throwing your way, your feelings are valid and can often be difficult to process or understand. You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. Your feelings are normal; but often the situation we find ourselves in is not. Don't forget to breathe. Know your worth and take time for YOU! Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. Also, self-care is necessary to remind yourself and others that you and your needs are important too.

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students and families to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings. We are here to support you!
