Technical Support

First look here for how to's and troubleshooting. If you don't find what you need, or something is broken, use the information below that works best for you.

For Schoology Support, click on Support on the bottom of the window in Schoology.

Lost/damaged chargers can be purchased using the (Students and Teachers):

Chromebook troubleshooting:

Clear your browsing history

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. In the top right, click on the 3 vertical dots

  3. Click on More Tools

  4. Time Range: select All Time

  5. Check all 3 categories

  6. Click Clear data

Update Chrome version.

  1. Open Chrome

  2. In the top right, click on the 3 vertical dots

  3. Click on Settings

  4. Lower left side of page click About Chrome

  5. Click Chrome OS Settings

  6. Click Check for Updates

  7. Once it finishes looking for updates, click Restart

If this doesn't help, or you have a problem with the device being broken, please get an eHallPass from your teacher to "Tech Support" and go to the Library to the back near the classroom.
