Todd Stoltzfus

Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Dean of Finance, UK College of Nursing

Todd Stoltzfus is the Assistant Dean for Administration and Finance at the UK College of Nursing. In this role, Todd supports the strategic and operational activities of the college and provides oversight of budget and financial management, human resources, information technology, facilities management, communications, and marketing.  Previously, Todd provided leadership, planning, and support for UK’s Experiential Education (EXP) program as well as led the UK Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement.  Todd has over 10 years of business management, finance, and negotiations experience with Raytheon Technologies and 10 years of international experience both with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and with the U.S. Department of State working on complex humanitarian emergencies and refugee assistance programs, particularly in Africa.  Todd received his bachelor’s degree in International Economics at Georgetown University and a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) at Cornell University.
