Sally Foster is the Assistant Dean for Student Engagement and Director of the Center for Personal Development at the Lewis Honors College. She has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Arts in counseling. Career counseling and professional development are her areas of expertise. She has over 20 years of experience working in higher education in both private and public universities. Sally was the founding director of the Graham Office of Career Management at the Gatton College of Business and Economics. She is also the founding director of the Center for Personal Development. Sally enjoys helping student find their purpose and overcome barriers to achieve their goals. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and her favorite thing about living in Lexington is going to Keeneland.
