Latarika (Tari) Young

Director, Americas Product Delivery, Lexmark International

As director of Lexmark International Americas Product Delivery organization, Young is responsible for the region’s supply chain operations, service delivery, and global customer support services.  Prior to being named to this role in December 2023, she served as a senior manager of the Quality, Compliance, and Sustainability organization.  Since joining Lexmark in 2003, Young has held various engineering and technical management roles in Research & Development. 

Young holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Transylvania University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.

She is a native Lexingtonian and active community leader. Young is a board member for various organizations including the YMCA of Central Kentucky Board of Managers, the Bluegrass Cycling Club, the Sneakers With Everything Project, and the Fayette Education Foundation.  

Young's proudest accomplishments are defined by the positive impact she has on people—be it customers, colleagues, or community members.
