Shippingquest - Delivery Service Review
My worst experience in US! I shouldn't have trusted this company and I highly recommend you to aboid working with them: _ There are more charges than what is shown in the quote, although they were so nice in the beginning and gave me the discount but you should be aware of that possible charges that may duplicate your shipping price!
_The pick up team did not show up and they did not call me to let me know wether they are coming or not, I'm 6 months pregnant and my husband had today off to move the items to the ground level and after waiting so long they told us that they will pick up the items tomorrow! So we had to return everything to our apartment! Can you imagine that!! _worst of all after complaining about the issue and trying to cancel the shipping they searched our name on internet, found our profile on social medias and threatened us that if you submit a bad review we are going to play with your fame!!!
They also used nasty words in their email...
like you are garbage and so on!!! I'm so happy they did bot pick up my items and really want you to be safr and avoid doing any kind of business with them!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
