Our first in-person conference since 2017, P2 West 2022 will offer a variety of sessions on emerging pollution prevention topics, the latest innovations in the field, and many opportunities for networking and learning alongside your peers.
This year's event will feature keynote speaker Jennie Romer, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Pollution Prevention within the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, US EPA.
You won't want to miss this excellent learning opportunity! Topics include environmental justice, advancements in toxics reduction, strategic planning, P2 technology, and emerging issues. Hands-on demonstrations of state-of-the-art P2 technologies and assessment training will be offered. A guided tour of EcoBiz certified businesses in the Portland area is planned, as well as presentations on a variety of succesful programs from across the country.

COVID-19 Considerations and Protocols
The State of Oregon has the second lowest rate of COVID-19 cases in the country. However, we will have attendees traveling to the event from other states. Out of respect for everyone’s safety, we are encouraging the following precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Parking at the DoubleTree garage is free for all attendees. Registrants who are staying the night at the hotel will receive a parking validation pass at check-in. Those who are just coming for the day will receive parking validation tickets each day at the event check-in table.
PPRC has a limited amount of travel scholarship funds available for programs that need financial assistance to attend the event. If anyone in your program is interested in attending and needs financial assistance, please download the travel scholarship form, fill it out, and email to:
