Virtual Mindfulness Session

This is a free, drop-in mindfulness group via Zoom to help you get centered with Lisa Tishman, a chaplain and certified mindfulness instructor. Tuesdays from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. Guided meditation begins at 5:30 p.m.

You don’t need a Zoom account to join the meeting. You will be prompted to download the Zoom app when you click on the meeting link for the first time. Give yourself about 10 minutes to get set up.
Our weekly session includes time for informal sharing, 30 to 40 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes of introductory instruction. Newcomers and drop-ins welcome!
