The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) promotes leadership development and building a healthy community for Loudoun’s women and girls through education, empowerment, and collaboration. LCWAG was founded in 2017 and is managed by a volunteer leadership board. As a component fund of the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, LCWAG is independently funded through private donations.
