The interface at the physical parking location (kiosk) sucks. It's not clear how to increase the time duration (turns out you have to use the up/down arrows!) . Once I started the time there physically at the kiosk, I downloaded the app only to find it impossible to increase my current parking session. When I added my vehicle tag, it wouldn't indicate or find my current parking session. The parking price is fair, but the process and interface between kiosk and app needs drastic improvement!

The app was spotty, but worked well most of the time, I liked using it. Now, the app is unresponsive when signing in via Google Account. I can't use the app at all, and I can't create an alternate account, because my info is 'in use.' Unless this is fixed, the app is a dud for me and anyone having the same problem.

This app is not user friendly. It took a long time to get it to accept what location we were in then it would not accept any of my payment methods, I entered three different cards. After about 15 minutes of fighting the app we finally moved to a different location where we could just use a kiosk to pay. I'd love the idea of using the app if it actually allowed me to pay for my parking.
