What Happened to Training Days?

Covid-19 and the consequent uncertainty of social gatherings set the Learning & Organizational Development team of University Human Resources (UHR) to rethink the annual Training Days program. In place of the traditional two-day in-person Training Days conference, UHR developed a new program in the 2020-21 academic year called FYI Friday.

The vision for the FYI Friday program is similar to Training Days - to provide a platform for various university groups to share information with the OSU community. And, for greater flexibility, FYI Friday is presented remotely, and throughout the academic year. Thus, presenters and topics will vary from week to week - and you may find yourself attending one, some, or all of the workshops over the course of the year!
