When accepting shipments, we assume that you have clarified the acceptance with the consignee. Goods that are not accepted by the consignee will be returned to you at your expense. If you keep your business closed or have limited storage possibilities, we will find solutions for you.   Change in proof of delivery Recipients increasingly refuse to sign delivery receipts for reasons of hygiene and to maintain personal safety distance - both digitally and in paper form.
