Abstract Submissions

The scientific committee’s goal is to facilitate the identification of problems and an open exchange of possible solutions. Toward that end, we encourage the submission of abstracts showcasing “early-work” and these will be accepted until May 19th. However, there is no guarantee that such contributions will be given an oral presentation.

Please use the NAWLA 2023 Abstract Template document to compile your abstract, paying careful attention to the required format and single page limitation. It is possible to submit a supporting graphic with the abstract. The maximum area of the printed graphic is 16.25 square inches (e.g. a 4" square, or 2.5" x 6.5" rectangle). Please make sure the graphic is readable at this scale. Feel free to contact the scientific committee with any questions you may have.

Please complete the abstract submission form and upload your word document using this ABSTRACT SUBMISSION LINK. Please note that you will be asked to create a free account within the Submittable software to submit your abstract.

Lastly, all participants including keynote and invited speakers may submit more than one abstract. However, for participants submitting multiple abstracts, based on schedule availabilities and the total number of abstracts submitted, there is no guarantee that more than one abstract will be selected for an oral presentation.
