Have you ever wanted to bring the power of 3D printing into your classroom, but didn't know where to start? Look no further! This workshop will inspire teachers to incorporate deeper thinking and design modeling into their classroom. In this course, participants will learn basic CAD modeling, how to get started with 3D printing, real world applications, the real cost of 3D printing, and maintenance and troubleshooting tips. Participants will learn how to kickstart their Makerspace with rapid prototyping machines or how to keep their existing 3D printers from collecting dust. Participants will practice designing, printing, and prototyping with a 3D printer.
