Vision Teams Gather for Increased Impact! This past April, Vision Teams from schools around the midwest gathered in Lee's Summit for a workshop. They worked collaboratively and discussed ideas around this year's theme: Vulnerability to Accountability to Ownership to Impact. The Vision Teams had the opportunity to work on their school's vision for the future, network with fellow educators, and learn from other Vision Teams.

January 19–20, 2023 This conference features presenters from across the Midwest who possess BIST experience in a variety of school settings from urban to suburban, elementary and secondary settings. The BIST Team has reserved a block of rooms at the Kansas City Downtown Marriott Hotel. 2023 Vision Team Conference: Growing Our Capacity, Owning Our Impact April 21–22, 2023 This course is designed to connect Vision Teams from across the midwest. Participants will learn how to analyze data, build on the philosophical BIST foundation, and problem-solve to meet the needs of our most challenging students.
