GRADUATION CEREMONY - Friday, May 13, 2022, 7 PM at the CAC

You MUST APPLY for Graduation by March 11, 2022. Graduation application opens Tuesday, January 18th. Find instructions to apply below.

Graduation Requirements
Graduation Curriculum Requirements Deadline -
Note: Degrees will not be approved until all requirements are met
- Satisfactorily complete 8.5 blocks (34 weeks) of Fourth Year Rotations
- Record a passing score on USMLE Step 2 CK
- Record a passing score on the WVU CPX exam
- Complete and report minimum of 100 hours of community service (needs to be reported via your SOLE community service log)
- Complete academic file to include ALL official satisfactory Fourth Year Rotations
The following need to be done:
MORGANTOWN - returned to Student Services
HSC Photobadge
Clean out your locker
CHARLESTON - returned to Student Services
Beeper (or replacement cost)
HSC Photobadge
Clean out your mailboxes
EASTERN - returned to Student Services
Hospital Photo badges
Clean out student desk in study areas
Food tags and Student desk tags
