Dear

I waited patiently for the LORD;
he inclined to me and heard my cry. Psalms 40:1

The above pictures are the line in front and behind me at the gas station. I was waiting to fill up my scooter. You can see there were three lines, one for car, one for three-wheelers, and one for bikes. These days, if you want to get gas, you must wait patiently.

Of course the above psalm is not about waiting to refuel a vehicle. It's waiting patiently for the Lord to answer our prayers. Covid and the current economic and political crises in Sri Lanka have caused us to wait patiently for the Lord.

Yet, the Lord is with us. He is not delaying in giving us our most important needs of His Word and Sacraments.

Thank you for your continued partnership, prayers, and financial support. Your partnership makes it possible to continue serving in the Lord's mission in Sri Lanka.
