SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017-18)
Missed the majority of the season with an injury … Touched the wall eighth overall in the 200-yard freestyle at SMU … Also swam the anchor leg of the 200 yard medley relay that finished fourth … Named to SEC Academic Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016-17)
Did not compete during the 2016-17 season.

PRIOR TO LSU
Ranked as the state’s top swimmer … A member of the St. Joseph’s varsity swim team during all four years … A three-time member of the All-Metro swim team … LHSAA Division I State Champion in the 200 freestyle and LHSAA Division I 200 freestyle record holder (1:49.19) … NISCA All-American for High School Swimming in the 200 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay … Metro Champion in the 200 and 500 freestyles junior year … Named to the All-State and All-Academic Metro swim teams her senior year … Placed first in the 200 and 500 freestyles at the state swim meet her senior year … A three-time member of the All-State team and two-time member of the USA Swimming Academic All-American team with Tiger Aquatics Club Swimming … Represented Louisiana Swimming at USA Swimming National Convention in 2014-15 … 2014-15 13-18 Female Louisiana Swimmer of the Year.

Born on May 30, 1998 … Parents are Brandon and Blake Black … Has three siblings – Patrick, Kirby and Stewart … Majoring in kinesiology (pre-med).
