Cost and Payment Details
The cost to attend the Rome Pilgrimage is $3,750.00. This price includes: Round trip airfare from Omaha to Rome, airport shuttles in Rome, lodging while in Italy, entrance fees to museums and exhibitions, fees and tips for private tour guides, all train tickets, metro, and bus passes, all meals in Italy and daily Mass stipends. This price does not include meals during either travel days to or from the US, any other expenditures a participant may require or desire during the trip, or travel insurance.
Your completed registration form, confirmation email of acceptance, and deposit of $1500.00 will reserve your spot in this pilgrimage. Group size is limited. Dates: June 9-19, 2024.
Payment Due Dates & Refund Policies
After you complete your registration online, you will receive an email within a few days confirming your spot either on the pilgrimage or on the waitlist. Once your spot is confirmed on the pilgrimage, you will finalize your registration by paying the trip deposit of $1500. The deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of acceptance email. Please review the payment due dates and refund policies below
Payment Due Dates:
$1500 deposit due with trip registration confirmation
$1000 payment due on December 1, 2023
$1250 payment due on March 1, 2024
Refund Dates & Policies (assumes payments are up to date):
If you withdraw from the trip before December 1, 2023, you will be refunded your payment, less $300
If you withdraw from the trip before March 1, 2024, you will be refunded your payments, less $1000
If you withdraw from the trip after March 1, 2024, and are paid in full, you will be refunded $500
