Man accused of pointing gun at pizza delivery driver over pizza he didn't order

Police in Saugerties have arrested a 45-year-old man, accused of pointing a gun at a pizza delivery driver.

Police say Ralph Carpino III, pointed the loaded weapon at a Domino’s pizza delivery driver who was delivering a pizza to the residence.

Carpino claimed to not have ordered the pizza, however, according to police a family member ordered it and had it delivered to his residence.

Carpino was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Police seized a Glock .40 cal semi-automatic handgun.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.
