Conversion Tips & Data Clean-up
Please review the data items below that are recommended for clean-up prior to the Infinite Campus Implementation:
Addresses - Audit student and contact addresses to make sure they match exactly. From a school level, audit siblings to ensure that their home addresses match if in the same household.
Contacts - Consolidate duplicates. Ensure that relationships are accurate.
Master Schedule- Middle & High schools should follow a scheduling plan to create & commit a master schedule in PowerScheduler before EOY. Elementary schools can copy their master schedules and roster their students in Infinite Campus.
Historical Data - If you rely on PowerSchool for data that is over 7 years old, start thinking about what you will need to export and store locally.
