Join the students of CKYO MusicWorks, Lexington's El Sistema-inspired free after-school string and wind music ensemble program, for a fun and FREE concert at Dunbar Community Center. Come hear some classical tunes and familiar favorites then stay to try out an instrument and enjoy a popsicle! Information will be available for students in grades 1st - 5th about joining the program for the next school year. The concert begins at 5:30 p.m. and will be held outdoors on the track next to the Center, weather permitting. In case of rain, the concert and instrument "petting zoo" will take place inside the Center in the gym and you can grab a popsicle to enjoy outdoors as you exit the building.
