Claim information can only be accessed by the listed victim or applicant, and will not be released without their permission. Please contact cvssdportal@doj.state.or.us to request to be added to a claim.

CVC Mass Violence Emergency Application
In response to the mass incidents that have occurred in Oregon, the Department of Justice, Crime Victims’ Compensation Program has posted an Mass Violence Emergency Application online.
Who is eligible for compensation benefits?
- This application is for any person present during a mass incident of violence who has suffered physical or physiological trauma.
