The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Oversight of the Federal Trade Commission," will examine mismanagement of the FTC and its disregard for ethics and congressional oversight under Chair Lina Khan. The hearing will also examine the Commission's record of enforcement actions and politicized rulemakings.
