Logging In – Select account to view.
(You will have a separate account for each unit owned and property taxes for each unit.)
Jordan Property Tax – Property Tax Account (unit number listed at the bottom)
Jordan Condo Association – Association dues account (unit number listed at the bottom)
Association Dues – To view your dues statements/account, select the ‘Financials’ tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Once on the Financials screen, select ‘See My Statement’ to see activity for the selected unit.
The current balance for the unit will show at the top.
To Switch Account – To view another account, click in the circle at the top right of the screen to open the options menu, then select ‘Switch Account’ and select the account you wish to view.
Property Tax – To view property tax details for the selected account, select the ‘Financials’ tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Once on the Financials screen, select ‘See My Statement’ to see activity for the selected unit.
The current balance for the unit will show at the top.
Other Features – Currently the Documents, Contacts, and Surveys tabs are not in use.
