Please be sure that attendee and guest contact information matches the attendee that will be on-site so they can receive all conference communications. Name badges will match the registration information keyed into registration system. 

FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES: You may register each attendee and on the payments acknowledgement page, you may choose pay by check. On that page, you will see "Would you like to register another attendee?" below. You can click on that and continue to register additional attendees. Otherwise, you can pay by credit card and continue to enter additional attendees.

YOU MUST REGISTER EACH GUEST SEPERATELY- OUTSIDE OF THE CU ATTENDEE/GROUP REGISTRATION DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Guest – $249
YP – $449

*Registration fee Includes attendance to: educational sessions, conference meals, and entrance to exhibit hall. 

Exhibitors may not register as an attendee. There is an Exhibitor Registration link.
