CMS Appeals Rulings That Struck Down Medicaid Work Requirements

CMS on Wednesday (April 10) appealed a pair of judicial decisions that blocked Medicaid work requirements in Arkansas and Kentucky. The appeal sends the litigation to the powerful U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which often has the final say on the legality of controversial regulatory policies.
