SIG ContribEx leadership change - nominating Josh Berkus

Hey there all,

The other ContribEx leads and I would like to nominate Josh Berkus to come on as an additional chair. Josh is a long time and trusted community member, he knows the ins and outs of the project and has been a big proponent of mentoring (this will make more sense in a sec) :)

Josh will be coming on to help with a new mentoring initiative in ContribEx. We're going to be opening up applications for shadow chairs and TLs, and we're hoping to bring in some new faces before the end of year. Details on this initiative will be sent out in a separate email.

Following our guidelines, we'll give it 3 business days for lazy consensus. Please feel free to use this email thread for comments or if you have private concerns, you can reach out to me or one of the other contribex leads directly.
